•Intimidation, stalking, or continued unwanted contact

•Unwelcome sexual attention or behavior

•Disrupting talks, sessions, or collaborative spaces

•Promotion of harmful or unethical practices

If someone asks you to stop a behavior—stop immediately.

3. Uphold Ethical AI Practices

As an event centered on AI practitioners, we expect attendees to demonstrate responsibility in discussing, showcasing, or sharing AI technologies.

Participants must avoid:

•Promoting biased, unsafe, or deceptive AI systems

•Sharing sensitive datasets or models without appropriate rights or safeguards

•Encouraging the misuse of AI in harmful ways

•Ignoring impacts on privacy, fairness, or human rights

Participants should practice:

•Transparency, fairness, and accountability in AI

•Responsible disclosure of risks and limitations

•Constructive dialogue around societal impact

4. Respect Copyrights & Intellectual Property

We respect creators, contributors, and the open-source ecosystem. Participants must honor copyrights, licenses, and permissions.

Please ensure you:

•Share only content you own or have permission to use

•Attribute authors, researchers, and developers appropriately

•Follow license terms for datasets, tools, and models

•Avoid sharing confidential or proprietary information without consent

5. Practice Safe & Constructive Collaboration

Maintain professionalism, be open to perspectives different from your own, and contribute positively to conversations.

Good collaboration includes:

•Offering constructive and respectful feedback

•Acknowledging different viewpoints

•Avoiding personal attacks or dismissive behavior

•Encouraging participation from newcomers and quieter voices

•Staying focused on ideas, not individuals

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect the privacy of all attendees. Personal boundaries and data protection must be upheld at all times.

Participants should:

•Not record or photograph others without explicit consent

•Not share private conversations or personal data outside the event

•Handle all data in compliance with local and international regulations

•Respect individual requests for anonymity or non-disclosure

7. Reporting, Support & Enforcement

If you feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or encounter behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, we are here to help.

Please contact immediately:

•Any Volunteer

•The OAISYS Crew

•A designated Code of Conduct representative

You can approach them directly or reach out via the official event communication channels. All reports will be handled promptly, confidentially, and respectfully.

Possible enforcement actions include:

•Verbal or written warnings

•Removal from sessions or activities

•Suspension or expulsion from the event (without refund)

•Escalation to appropriate authorities, if required
